1c roasted coffee beans 4oz chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Using a double boiler, melt chocolate until it is liquid and smooth.
2. Stir in a handful of beans. And cover completely with the chocolate.
3. Spoon them onto wax paper, being sure to keep them separate.
4. Repeat for all the beans.
They will harden overnight, but if you're in a hurry, freeze them for about half an hour. Once they have hardened, they will not stick together. Store in an airtight container.
